All three have volumes among the top-10 "most sought after out-of-print books," according to BookFinder.com's fall 2011 report. Madonna came in on top (again) with "Sex" -- "the largest-grossing illustrated book of all time," according to AbeBooks -- while Cash's "Man in Black" and Mailer's biography of Marilyn Monroe came in seventh and eighth places, respectively. At the New York Times' City Room blog, David Dunlap notes that Central Park's signs are sporting a new font this year.
