Consumer Credit Counseling Company Debuts New Financial Web ...

Christian Credit Counselors launches Good Samaritan Program TV on FaithChannel.com.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 12, 2011

The Good Samaritan Program was established by Christian Credit Counselors, Inc. (CCC) to help consumers and families learn about money management fundamentals and how these principles relate to what God says about money in the Bible. The team at CCC developed a six-week DVD series and a personal finance education program to assist church leaders in facilitating a financial class in their church. Over 600 churches have already enrolled in the program and with church leaders recognizing the growing need for personal finance guidance within their organizations the Good Samaritan Program is a perfect fit for churches that are being affected by the challenges of debt.

With the program?s rapid expansion and growing network of churches, CCC uncovered a need for Bible-based, personal finance content online, making the partnership with The Faith Channel an easy decision. The Faith Channel?s digital media network has helped the likes of Joyce Meyer, Bishop T.D. Jakes and Ed Young deliver faith-based content across a network that boasts over 77 million unique viewers a month. Through the combination of the content the Good Samaritan Program has to offer and the resources The Faith Channel provides, GSP TV was created.

GSP TV?s plan is to produce one episode a week; its content will be a unique combination of compelling interviews with personal finance leaders and pastors, budgeting tips and updates for church leaders that are running or hope to run the Good Samaritan Program. GSP TV?s first episode contained an informative interview with Greg McTaggart, President and CEO of Christian Credit Counselors. His keen insight into the credit counseling industry and his experience in helping over 300,000 consumers get out of debt proved to be invaluable content for individuals and families struggling with credit card debt.

GSP TV Episode 2: Setting SMART Goals featured an interview with Jerry McTaggart, a business leader with over 45 years of experience in the credit counseling field and the founder of Christian Credit Counselors. GSP TV?s Episode 3 will contain an interview with John Cameron, Senior Pastor of Arise Church, one of the fastest growing churches in New Zealand.
