ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The state's "A through F" grades have been released, and less than 10 percent of the schools received A's.
The grades are definitely a wake-up call for parents and teachers, but most of New Mexico?s schools passed.

- 191 B?s
- 266 C?s

A good portion of elementary and middle schools aren?t making the grade in Albuquerque Public Schools with about 50 of them earning D?s and F?s. APS high schools all have at least a C grade.Schools are graded by test scores and student improvement. High schools also factor graduation rates and Advanced Placement courses. See the grades here.
